Shipping policy

TEMPERATURE ADVISORY
During the warm weather months or shipping to warmer areas, some products may arrive liquefied. Because our products are made with all natural ingredients, melting may occur. If so, place the items in a cooler area or in the refrigerator to allow it to re-solidify. The appearance of the products may look different if melted, however, rest assured, the products will still maintain its moisturizing benefits and capabilities. You will still enjoy the great benefits our products have to offer!

SHIPPING
At this time we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future. After you've completed your purchase, please allow 48-72 hours for your items to ship. We ship via UPS Ground. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

RESHIPPING
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address (including unit, apartment, or suite numbers). You will be subject to reshipping fees if your package needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information you've provided.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered during checkout. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if packages are lost or stolen.
