SHIPPING

At this time we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future. After you've completed your purchase, please allow 48 - 72 hours for your items to ship. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.  

WARM WEATHER MONTHS

During the warm weather months, some products may arrive liquefied. Because our products are made with all natural ingredients, melting may occur. If so, place the items in a cooler area or in the refrigerator to allow it to re-solidify. The appearance of the products may look different if melted, however, rest assured, the products will still maintain its moisturizing benefits and capabilities. You will still enjoy the great benefits our products have to offer!

ISSUES & CONCERNS

Delicate Beauty stands by our product. If issues arise with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via email at info@shopDelicateBeauty.com.  

If your order is received defective (cracked or broken containers), please contact us immediately. We will replace any items if we’re notified with 24 hours of delivery. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the delicacy of our natural products we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. If you experience an issue, please contact us immediately and allow us the opportunity rectify your issue/concern.
